Hi, I’m Candice, Founder and Principal of Minted Homes! With more than 25 years of experience spanning business and project management, operations, contract negotiations, client relations, and financial management, I’ve honed a diverse skill set that fuels my passion for driving success.
In 2014, I discovered my true calling in residential construction—a field where my strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills shine. I thrive on creating seamless experiences for clients, fostering collaboration among teams, and ensuring every project is executed to perfection.
My Story
After fifteen years in a variety of roles in corporate America, I found my true calling in the world of custom home building. From the intricate — and sometimes over-the-top — designs of past projects (bulletproof drywall, seriously?!), to the hundreds of talented architects, interior designers, engineers, tradespeople, and suppliers I've met along the way, the building community in Boulder has truly become my second family. Since entering the industry, I’ve been fortunate to play a key role in more than 25 luxury custom home builds across Boulder County. I’d never claim to have seen it all, but I’ve certainly seen a lot!
Beginning in 2014, I spent six years with a luxury custom homebuilding company in Boulder — starting in a project management/business development role and eventually serving as Vice President, wearing multiple hats across the business. In 2020 I co-founded a local general contracting firm which I ran for almost five years before starting out on my own journey to build my dream business, Minted Homes.
