Travis Marcilla joins Minted Homes as Construction Manager, bringing an impressive 28-year tenure in the Boulder County building industry. His career represents a rare fusion of hands-on craftsmanship and high-level academic expertise; Travis began his journey as a Master Carpenter before earning a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. This foundation was further enriched by post-doctoral global travel, where he studied international building codes and architectural styles.

 

Today, Travis leverages this diverse life experience to manage complex, stunning custom homes, ensuring that every project is as structurally sound as it is aesthetically breathtaking. A true local with a passion for high-end residential excellence, Travis spends his time away from the job site embracing the Colorado lifestyle—whether he’s navigating river rapids or snowboarding through the backcountry.
